Forza Italia and Mediaset are part of the lasting legacy of former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi, who passed away on March 5 at the age of 86. in 9:30 a.m. today, in the San Raffaele Hospital in Milan, Berlusconi reportedly passed away, as reported by Italian media.
Doctors Alberto Zangrillo and Fabio Ciceri confirmed that he was readmitted to the hospital on Friday for investigations related to his ongoing battle with chronic leukemia. He passed away shortly after his readmission.
The doctors who treated Berlusconi said that the tests they had to reschedule at San Raffaele Hospital were regular and showed no cause for immediate anxiety.
In the same hospital where he is currently being treated for a lung infection and chronic leukemia, the media mogul spent 45 days in the past receiving therapy for both conditions.
Leukaemia
A growing alarm emerged as Berlusconi’s health declined over the past few months and he was eventually diagnosed with chronic myeloid leukemia.
Doctors at the time said he was getting “specialized cytoreductive treatment” and chemotherapy for this type of blood cancer, which typically affects those over 60.

Berlusconi has spent a lot of time in hospitals throughout the years. He was hospitalized for pacemaker implantation, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease type 19, and a urinary tract infection in January 2022.
