Dorit Kemsley has changed a lot since she joined the group of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in the seventh season in 2016. Fans have wondered if her face change is just a glow-up or if she’s had plastic surgery because she looks better than ever.
During the COVID lockdown, it looks like the designer upped her glam and hair game, and Bravo fans noticed, especially during season 10 of the show. People have said that the reality star had a nose job and other cosmetic work done, and she has set the record straight…more than once.
The Connecticut girl who is now famous around the world talked about the reports during a Q&A on her Instagram Stories after a fan asked if she’s ever had any work done.

In January 2021, she said, “The only plastic surgery I’ve had done is my boobs,” “It drives me crazy when people say I’ve had plastic surgery on my face. I’ve done filler and Botox, and I work with masterful makeup artists who can transform your face,” she said, adding that if she ever gets plastic surgery, she’d “happily share” about it.
Kyle Richards, Dorit’s best friend and co-star, has also supported her against claims that she had a nose job. The Halloween Kills actress, who has said she’s had her nose fixed twice, asked Dr. Ben Talei, a plastic surgeon, for his professional opinion on whether or not the Beverly Hills founder had a nose job.
“Zero f–king chance,” the Los Angeles-based surgeon said in a June 2021 Instagram Story shared by RHOBH alum Teddi Mellencamp. “First of all, there’s a vein on top — If that vein were ever touched, it would be engorged to hell,” he said, adding that Dorit’s nose isn’t quite the same shape on both sides.

But in July 2020, the fashionista did have plastic surgery, but it wasn’t what most people thought. Like most celebs, she got a new set of veneers to give her a bright new smile. During her Instagram reveal, she said that she was born with straight teeth, but she grinded her teeth at night a lot, so she had to get dental work.
“Thank you @drsamsaleh and the team @drsamsaleh_aesthetics for making me feel so comfortable every step of the way and for giving me back my smile that I’ve missed for a while,” her post said.
