The Challenge: USA returns for a second summer of amazing endurance tests and brutal hall brawls, but this time the CBS newcomers must compete against some of the franchise’s finest competitors.
Season 2 (which premieres Thursday, August 10 at 10/9c and continues Sunday, August 13 at 9/8c; see the video embedded above) will put some of the most recognized faces from Survivor, Big Brother, and The Amazing Race against six of MTV’s all-time stars in a battle of strength and skill. Former champions Jonna Mannion Stephens, Wes Bergmann, and Johnny “Bananas” Devenanzio, the player with the most Challenge franchise wins ever, are among the MTV powerhouses.

Survivor Cassidy Clark, BB20 runner-up Tyler Crispen, The Amazing Race’s Dusty Harris, and a few more who competed in CBS’ initial Challenge edition will take the field for their first at-bats. Survivor Michaela Bradshaw and Desi Williams, Big Brother 23’s Tiffany Mitchell, and more are among the returning USA challengers.
Season 2 will take place in Croatia and will be hosted by T.J. Lavin again. The show will air on Thursdays and Sundays for the first three weeks before returning to its usual 10/9c time slot on Thursday, August 31.
