Lupin Season 2 Recap
Assane Diop (played by Omar Sy) and his ex-girlfriend Claire (Ludivine Sagnier) searched for their missing kid Raoul (Etan Simon) at the start of Lupin’s second season. Fans witnessed Raoul being seized by Pellegrini’s (Hervé Pierre) goon Leonard (Adama Niane) and being driven away in a car at the conclusion of the first season.
Detective Youssef Guedira (Soufiane Guerrab) explained how he knew Assane was adopting the identity of Arsene Lupin early on. He volunteered to assist Assane in finding Raoul but omitted to reveal to her that he was a police officer.
The action started to get tense when the pair managed to locate Leonard at a deserted stately home. He made the decision to confront Leonard alone after realizing Youssef was with the police and reasoning that his son was there at home.
Raoul, however, was actually imprisoned in the trunk of Leonard’s automobile after he set up a trap. After an altercation between Assane and Leonard, Leonard set the car on fire, leading the audience to believe Raoul had passed away.
It was later discovered that Youssef had saved Raoul by pulling him out of the blazing car just in time and bringing him to safety. Youssef was requested to transport the child to a hotel so that he might meet up with his father there.
