Mayans M.C. ends with Felipe’s funeral and a touching prolonged opening title. Angel, EZ, and Maverick bid farewell at Felipe’s casket. EZ is calm as Angel cries. Miguel (Danny Pino) enters the receiving line to thank the mourners exiting the church.

Since Miguel is Angel’s half-brother, EZ tells him to leave, saying the service is for friends and family only. Miguel sympathizes anyway. Potter (Ray McKinnon) approaches EZ. He speaks prophetically about how insignificant individuals are. When Ezekiel’s journey ends, he should take consolation in the fact that the world will continue without him. He assures EZ the birds will sing.

After the funeral, EZ attempts to focus. At the clubhouse, Loza (Frankie Loyal) announces a guest. Terry (Greg Vrotsos), Packer’s VP. He desires Jess’s fate. Terry promises to tell EZ about Felipe in exchange for Jess’s information.

EZ is ready for war after learning that Packer (JR Bourne) and the Sons killed his father and planned to assassinate Angel. He rallies Mayans and Grim Bastards to fight. His speech invokes fraternity, family, and justice. He says they’ll fight for love, not hate.

Love for brothers, families, and morals. He instructs them to “Cry havoc and let slip the dogs of war” as they ride off to destroy the Sons of Anarchy. They do that. They attack the Sons’ band party and kill everyone. EZ chases Packer. They fight and EZ throws Packer down the stairs. Packer’s leg broke. EZ shoots him as he crawls through an alley.

The Mayans celebrate in their clubhouse after defeating the Sons of Anarchy. EZ returns a king. The Mayans quickly resolve many loose ends. Loza and others send Downer (Angel Oquendo) to assassinate Cielo (Mia Danelle) during the post-slaughter celebration. Since Diaz’s death, she’s been asking about Jess but hasn’t returned to the clubhouse.

Downer opposes killing a lady. He visits her house. She must enter his car. Cielo anticipates. She suddenly turns on Downer and stabs him. She realizes he won’t kill her. He would offer her a one-way ticket out of town and a lot of money to escape. He’s dead and she cries.

Letty (Emily Tosta) wants the Mayans killed for Hope’s suicide. She takes a gun to the clubhouse but reconsiders. She seeks asylum from the Broken Saints. EZ and Angel bond over a ride. Sofia (Andrea Cortes) tells EZ they should chat when he returns after discovering she’s pregnant.

He offers to skip the ride to discuss, but she says go. Sofia wants to make it special for EZ. It makes her feel forgiven for her daughter’s death. EZ and Angel ride well. Brothers speak along a railroad bridge. They discuss the past and future.

Angel orders EZ to leave with Maverick. He doesn’t want to leave, but he must offer Maverick a future. Maverick shouldn’t join a club. EZ is heartbroken but supports Angel. Angel told EZ he could leave for college years ago, but not to mess it up. EZ tells Angel to go, but not to mess anything up. EZ says they’ll serve it that night.

Emily (Sarah Bolger) pretended to want a future with Miguel. She strategically placed the surveillance cameras. Miguel, Emily, and Cristobal return from a family meal. Cristobal sleeps. Emily forgot his plush toy. She asks Miguel for the toy. She asks Luis (Michael Anthony Perez) to take Cristobal to bed.

Miguel brings the toy and Emily waits out of camera range. She has a rifle and white gloves. Emily shoots Miguel. The shot brings Luis downstairs. She grabs him and makes him shoot himself. She informs him he killed her sister. He’s just in frame. She counts five. She yells.

Luis shot Miguel, then himself, according to the police footage. Free Emily. She can leave with her son and Miguel’s money. Devlin (Dana Delany) is outraged when Miguel doesn’t attend the immunity deal meeting with his lawyers.

Angel can’t. He can’t hurt my brother. EZ orders him. Take Maverick and leave. He just wants Angel to inform Maverick about EZ. Angel stabs EZ. Loza, Lopez, Bishop, and Guero stab him again.

Sofia hears the trailer door open yards from EZ’s blood. She smiles at EZ, ready to announce their pregnancy. Bottles (Alex Barone), not EZ. Bottles shoot Sofia. EZ dies without knowing how close he was to achieving the family he wanted.

EZ’s murderers can’t celebrate. The Feds attack the Mayans’ clubhouse with helicopters and heavy weapons. Cielo informed the Feds enough to destroy the club. Shakespearean tragedy ends Mayans M.C. One or two survivors. Angel walks at sunset with Maverick. His back tattooed Mayans name and logo are blacked out.
