On June 28, he posted “Keep pushing!!!” with a video of himself exercising his arms in a gym.
After watching the clip, one user commented, “The revenge body is ACTIVATED.” “Chris won’t be single for too long,” said another.

“Long overdue! Date with the princess. She’s beautiful inside and outside.“ He captioned the photo, which showed him looking trim in a white collared shirt and light slacks, saying, “So blessed to have her”.
After 11 years of marriage, Monique filed for divorce from Chris in April. She revealed the news on Instagram earlier this month.
She stated, emphasizing that she wasn’t blaming Chris alone, “I just got to a point where I was in a place where I was so miserable.”
“It was also just with myself, dealing with my own issues and trauma, understanding myself and why I respond and react the ways I do, going through my childhood,” she explained. “I’ve been doing some work, and it wasn’t easy. It’s not easy to look at the things about yourself that you don’t like, and you don’t love and say, ‘You know what, I’m going to love the bad parts of me, I’m going to love the good parts, which is easier. But even the things that I don’t like about myself, I have to really embrace that and love that … It has been quite a ride.”
