Charges Against Walt Nauta
Nauta was charged with six federal felonies, to which he pleaded not guilty. On July 27, Nauta’s case was amended to include obstruction charges. Nauta joined the United States Navy in July 2001. He worked as a cook while serving as a culinary specialist.
