Jamie Elliot Career
In a contract with Greater Western Sydney (GWS), which allowed GWS to pre-list players and on-trade to other clubs, Elliott was sold to Collingwood at the end of 2011. At AAMI Stadium, he made his debut in round nine of 2012 against Adelaide.
He achieved three career highs in round two of 2013 when he defeated Carlton by 17 points while kicking five goals, grabbing 10 marks, and kicking sixteen times.
Elliott had a strong start to the 2014 campaign, but a reoccurring hamstring issue limited him later in the year. He received a hamstring tendinitis diagnosis in March of that year.
Elliott was Collingwood’s most productive goal scorer in 2015 with 35 goals scored. Due to back surgery, he was unable to play in 2016.
