Star Wars fans are experiencing something new with Ahsoka. It’s different from other shows in a few ways. It’s the first time a live-action Star Wars show focuses on a female character.
It also brings characters from Star Wars: Rebels to life for the first time. Plus, it has a unique schedule for when episodes come out.
Now, after two episodes have been shown, we’ll see if this different approach will be successful and become the usual way things are done.

What’s Coming in Episode 3?
In Episodes 1 and 2 of Ahsoka, we learned that everyone is searching for Grand Admiral Thrawn. He was last seen with Jedi Ezra Bridger during a battle in Star Wars Rebels, and they vanished with space creatures called Purrgil.
To find Thrawn, they need an old star map. Ahsoka finds it and meets her old student Sabine Wren. But a group led by Shin Hati and her boss Lady Morgan Elsbeth takes the map.
Morgan uses her powers to find out that Thrawn is in a faraway place called Peridia. Ahsoka and General Hera Syndulla go to Corellia to check a shipyard linked to Morgan.
The New Republic used former Imperials there, who secretly helped Morgan. She built a special ship, the Eye of Sion, to travel to the other galaxy.
Ahsoka and Hera put a tracker on a ship used by Shin and Marrok, who work for Morgan. They head to Seatos in the Outer Rim. Sabine, now healed, joins Ahsoka to search for Ezra and Thrawn.
They might fight Baylan and Shin on Seatos, but it’s uncertain if Hera will help them or if we’ll see more of the New Republic.
Will the Eye of Sion start its journey? And who’ll take care of Sabine’s loth-cat? We’ll find out in Ahsoka episode 3 on Disney+ soon!
How Many Episodes Are There in Ahsoka?
There will be a total of eight episodes. This means that every week until October 3rd, Star Wars fans will get a new episode. Right now, we’re at Episode 3, so there are still five more episodes to come in the series.
