Only Murders in Building Season 4: Will There Be Another Season?

Everyone could use a thorough debriefing following the discovery of a murder. The third season finale of And Only Murders in the Building reveals who actually killed Ben. As Dickie discovers Loretta is his biological mother and Mabel bids farewell to Tobert, another person perishes. And this time, it’s a well-known and beloved character—sort of for the first time! A new murder board is set up once the previous one is removed.

She also admits to adding poison to the Schmackary’s cookie. She asserts that she is not his killer and that she has no intention of killing him. until she notices the handkerchief carrying her lipstick. She then admits to pushing him into the elevator shaft, where he died.

Oliver and Charles are pleased with how quickly she gave herself up, though not a bit astonished. Yes, both of them go on to perform in the play. Oliver assumes the detective’s hat.

Mabel concludes Cliff, Donna’s son, must have pushed Ben after seeing Donna smooch a bit of lipstick onto her son’s handkerchief. Actually, she and Donna both realize at the same time. When Donna comes clean, Mabel becomes quiet.

She seeks him out in the course of the drama, and in a flashback, we learn what transpired at the Arconia; Ben received a call from his doctor informing him that he had consumed rat poison. He realized that one of the producers was responsible for poisoning his cookies when he ran across Cliff. Before Cliff pushed Ben into the open elevator, Cliff and Ben engaged in a verbal and physical altercation.

Cliff threatens to jump from the rafters to the stage, a fall that would kill him exactly like Ben since he feels so guilty after witnessing Ben on stage. Oliver and Charles rush forward to assist Mabel in stopping him. The one who ultimately saves the day and her son’s life is his mother. And we now know that Donna, who killed Ben the “first time,” and Cliff, who killed Ben the second time, were actually responsible.
