Fans believe the two had broken up because they haven’t shared any photos of one another since September and haven’t been seen out together in public or on red carpets despite having a semi-public relationship.

Back in September 2022, Peyton gushed to Page Six about developing a romance with her Cobra Kai co-star. “It’s been so fun. I feel like we’re all best friends and getting to have, like, a person that I really love in the same city – I’m just so grateful for him,” the young star said. “He’s the nicest person. When Did Peyton List and Jacob Bertrand Start Dating?
In March 2022, after being questioned by TMZ at the Los Angeles International Airport, the couple acknowledged their connection. Jacob made a joke as the pair walked away, saying, “Bro, you caught me, bro. You caught me in 4K. I mean, yeah, we’ve been dating for a while.”
The Cobra cuties revealed that their relationship has been developing for about seven years. “I met her when I was 15, and I was actually tight friends with her brother Spencer,” said Jacob. “That’s kind of awkward to be like, ‘Hey man, I like your sister.’”
On the popular Netflix show, Peyton, 24, portrays Tory Nichols and Jacob, 22, Eli “Hawk” Moskowitz. “I’ve never dated anyone I’ve worked with before, so it’s kind of a trial by fire, almost,” said the young actor. “But yeah, we had fun on set and then hung out off set, you know.”
The Disney Channel star opened out about getting “caught” with Jacob at the airport a month later. “We came out of the airport recently and we were like, ‘Oh, OK. I guess we have to tell people now that we’re dating,’” she said in an interview with Page Six. “We were just waiting and then it was like, well, the world decided for us I guess!”

According to J-14, Peyton and 29-year-old actor Cameron Monaghan from the show Shameless dated for over two years. The ex-couple started dating in 2017 and decided to break up in January 2019. Peyton and her first boyfriend in public, however, originally met on the set of the 2017 film Anthem of a Teenage Prophet.
In a September 2018 interview, the beauty affirmed their connection to the Build Series. The entire cast stayed in the same hotel and shared a trailer. We all really got to know each other and grew so close because it was a little community two and a half hours away from Vancouver, according to Peyton at the time.
“And then, sort of in the middle of it, Cameron and I started realizing we liked each other, and we started dating after.” Peyton said in that interview that her ex-boyfriend had been “so understanding” of her demanding work schedule.
However, the couple’s heated romance petered out just over a year after that interview, and they formally broke up in January 2019.
