Amanza Smith of Selling Sunset made a highly personal revelation during the sixth season of the show when she said she had a biopsy after discovering “questionable things” on a health scan.

Despite the fact that Amanza’s health was left on a cliffhanger for viewers during the show, the Netflix star miraculously updated followers on Instagram by sharing that she is cancer-free! My biopsy revealed no serious side effects!
I will continue to be grateful for my health, and even more so now than ever! You realize that if it is in fact, in poor, standing, everything else falls secondary,” she captioned her May 22 post. “I have lost many loved ones to cancer. The most recent one was my adoptive father and you all see that in season six. Maybe I didn’t say how he passed but that was how and it is a very sensitive subject … Big love to you all. Thank you for the support.”
What Other Health Scares Has Amanza Had?
Amanza gave her fans a detailed peek at her most recent health concern in June 2023.
“I thought that I had a bulging disk or a slipped disc or something wrong with my lower back that was regular. I laid in pain in my house for several days. I cried. I took Tylenol. I went to urgent care. I didn’t know what it was but after over a month of excruciating pain I finally started to get some answers,” she began to explain in an Instagram post, adding that she later went to Cedar Sinai Hospital.
“I was admitted and they immediately started testing me for things in my blood. Come to find out I had an infection in my blood that had caused, a great deal of infection to be spread to the bones of my spine and it’s called osteomyelitis.”

What is Amanza Smith’s Ethnicity?
The multiracial reality TV star is of mixed race. Her ethnicity is a fusion of several different groups, including English, Irish, Nigerian, American, and Asian. Her father is Asian-Native American-European and 50% Nigerian.
Her mother, on the other hand, is Irish-German-English. Amanza was raised by her White mother and White stepfather, despite her knowledge of her mixed heritage. Amanza began her professional career at a fairly young age. She taught kids dancing and gymnastics in addition to cheering for the Indianapolis Colts. She moved to Los Angeles, California, after earning her degree from Indiana State University in order to begin her modeling career.
She did modeling for Lucky Strike Lanes for her first job. They had her on billboards. She also became the model for Deal or No Deal’s briefcase. She established her business, AmanZa LLC, after working as a model for a period.
Interior design is the firm’s area of expertise. In addition, she started Kidsterior Design, LLC. Creating fantastic settings for children to showcase their abilities and creativity is the company’s main objective.
