Leah Remini Plastic Surgery: Did She Really Undergo Cosmetic Enhancements?

Actress Leah Remini is a household name thanks to her roles as Carrie Heffernan on The King of Queens and Vanessa Celluci on Kevin Can Wait, both of which air on CBS. Leah was a talk show host, actress, and producer who became one of Hollywood’s most recognizable faces thanks to her stunning good looks, magnetic personality, and extraordinary talent.

For a long time, Leah Remini’s acting career has been followed by fans. The question of whether or not she has undergone plastic surgery will inevitably arise in light of her level of public profile.

The fact that she appeared less authentic and more plastic-like than normal in the Kevin Can Wait episodes led them to believe that she had Botox. Getting her lips done was another reason she was ridiculed. Were Leah Remini’s lips actually reshaped? I’ve got the answer to that question right here!

Leah Remini Plastic Surgery

Multiple rumors have circulated that Leah Remini has had plastic surgery, such as a facelift, lip injections, and Botox. Accusations of plastic surgery have dogged Leah Remini on more than one occasion.

Although Leah’s attractive features are widely admired, many attribute her flawless appearance to cosmetic procedures such as Botox and lip injections. But do any of those theories have any basis in reality?

Speculations that the actress had gotten Botox started when viewers of Kevin Can Wait saw that she looked “different” and had a waxy texture, which sparked the first wave of accusations about her plastic surgery.

After some of her admirers speculated that she was wearing fake lips, her supporters started looking for before and after photos of her, as well as pictures from more recent times, to see how she looked.

Despite the noticeable transformation, Leah Remini’s looks remain the same in the before and after photos. Even if she doesn’t appear exactly like the original, we can determine it’s the same person because of the same facial traits (albeit her lips are different).

We can assume that her appearance evolved over the years or that she underwent plastic surgery (such as a lip job and Botox injections). Botox alters your appearance, and when I say alteration, I mean plastic, particularly with excessive injections.

The King of Queens star responded shamelessly in July 2015 when a Twitter follower scolded him for sporting fake lips.

In response, she said,

Actually my lips are genuine.. Maybe it’s the Botox that’s bothering you. However, thank you for your nasty a** tweet.”

Did Leah Remini Really Undergo Cosmetic Enhancements?

There are a lot of recent stories on Leah Remini. Her work in showbiz is well-known; she was most recently a judge on So You Think You Can Dance. Her criticisms of Scientology are also well-known. On occasion, though, rumors about her alleged plastic surgery past occasionally make headlines.

Claims that she “looks unrecognizable” or “she’s going too far with Botox” are commonplace in these, as are other typical supermarket tabloid clichés. The media frequently cites doctors who have never treated Remini in an attempt to guess what procedures she may or may not have undergone.

It breaks my heart that these pointless stories require so much production value. To start with, it really doesn’t matter how other people act. That is none of our concern but theirs. The truth is that Remini has admitted to getting Botox, and she has no shame about it.

She still hasn’t decided whether or not she’ll receive plastic surgery. Remini elegantly retorted a few years back when someone on Twitter remarked on how rigid her face looked, saying,

I haven’t had plastic surgery yet, but the fact that you noticed my face isn’t moving, means my Botox has lasted all this time, I see that as a positive.”

See the tweet below…

She has had Botox injections, and she isn’t trying to hide it. She went so far as to suggest that plastic surgery could be in her future. The gossip media couldn’t care less about Remini’s cosmetic procedures, but alas, they are exploited to criticize the actress unfairly.

Pay no attention to any doctor who, while offering medical advice, feels the need to comment on someone’s “attractiveness” in any media outlet, but notably tabloids. Also, guys in the entertainment sector are far less likely to be the targets of such wild guesses and downright fabrications.

What gives? It’s necessary to bring attention to the glaring double standard frequently. The media unfairly portrays women in a negative light when they express their desire to age gracefully and are then scolded when they seek out cosmetic procedures like Botox or a facelift. Women are stuck in an impossible predicament.
