In reaction to Renaissance Weekend, she and Jay P. Lefkowitz launched the inaugural Dark Ages Weekend in 1996. Ingraham has hosted cable television for three different companies. In 1996, she made her debut as an MSNBC host.

She started working as a CBS commentator and hosting the MSNBC show Watch It! in the late 1990s. A few years later, Ingraham started promoting another cable television program on her radio show.

She was given a three-week trial run for a new show called Just In by Fox News Channel in 2008. She started hosting The Ingraham Angle, a brand-new Fox News Channel show, in October 2017.
