La La, who is well-known for her parts in popular TV series and movies like “Think Like a Man” and “Power,” has kept her personal life chiefly quiet. Although details about her current relationship status are unknown, fans and admirers are waiting impatiently for any indications as to who might be the fortunate person to share moments in La La Anthony’s life away from the spotlight.
Who is Lala Anthony Dating?
Lala Anthony, a forty-year-old actress and TV personality, has been back on the dating scene after a period of singledom. She spoke up to Jennifer Hudson about how “protective” her 15-year-old son Kiyan is of her when it comes to dating. The Jennifer Hudson Show just aired, and Hudson questioned Anthony about how her teenage daughter felt about her going out again.
“He doesn’t like it,” she confessed. “And I’m like, ‘So you just want your mom to be alone forever?’ He’s like, ‘Yeah, kind of.’”
“But anytime his friends want to go out and do something, he’s like, ‘All right, Mom, bye, see you later. I’m going here,’ and I’m like, ‘You just leave me in a heartbeat, but you don’t want me to have anybody!’” she continued.
In June 2021, Anthony filed for divorce from Carmelo Anthony, her ex-husband and Kiyan’s father. Before divorcing, she and the NBA superstar were married for seven years.
When La La made an appearance on the Spotify podcast Call Her Daddy back in October, she said that she “wasn’t really” dating at the time. She also mentioned that the young age of the dating pool was the reason she wasn’t dating.
