Naruto’s Clever Moves
Naruto, even though he started not the brightest, really shows off his fighting brain, especially with his Shadow Clone Jutsu.
He’s come up with loads of techniques and strategies, like when he tricked Zabuza with a clone or used the Reverse Harem jutsu to win a tough fight. These moves show he’s got a great mind for battles.
Luffy’s Moments of Brilliance
Luffy from One Piece is definitely smart in fights, but he doesn’t always show it. He often goes with his heart rather than his head, which puts him in second place here.
