Ukyō Kodachi, famous for creating Boruto, is making a new manga about Chinese food called “Dinner for the Next 365 Days.”
Set to make its debut in the Champion RED magazine on March 19, this manga is stirring excitement among manga enthusiasts and food lovers alike.
Who’s Making It?
Kodachi came up with the story idea. Tsunaki Suda is helping with the story, and Sonshō Hangetsuban is drawing the pictures.
The first part of the manga will be in color, and it will also be on the front cover of the magazine.
What’s the Story?
The manga is about two girls, Tobira and Tsukasa, who meet each other. Tobira works at a Chinese restaurant downtown, and Tsukasa knows a lot about food.
Their meeting is going to change the way people think about Chinese food, which has a history of over 4,000 years.
Kodachi’s Background
Before this, Kodachi worked on Boruto, which is a story that continues the Naruto series.
He started Boruto in 2016 but later handed it over to Naruto’s original creator, Masashi Kishimoto, in 2020. Kodachi has also written for other anime shows and movies.
