But before all this, he went through some tough times, trying to bring his daughter back to life, even going as far as cloning her.

Now, he’s found his way into Konohagakure, and fans wonder what his true motives are.

Some fans think so. They’ve cooked up theories about him using the remains of an Otsutsuki God and tinkering with his own eyes to gain crazy powers.
Maybe he’s given up on reviving his daughter and is after something bigger, like god-like abilities.
