Garou’s Unique Transformation
We’ve seen others in the show change because of monster cells, but Garou is different. His drive to become the ultimate symbol of fear is what changes him.
In the new season’s trailer, we see Garou taking on Monster Association members like Royal Ripper and Bug God.
Pushed to the edge, Garou starts to change on his own, getting stronger very fast. So, he’s definitely not on the Monster Association’s side in Season 3.

Garou isn’t about joining groups. He’s set to take on heroes and monsters alike in Season 3, driven by his personal beliefs.

Garou vs. the Monster Association
Even though the Monster Association, led by Orochi, has many strong fighters, Garou is not one of them.
The Season 3 trailer makes this pretty clear, and the episodes will show us more about this.
Garou’s Power Unleashed
We’ll see more of what Garou can really do later in the series. It’s not sure how much of the Monster Association story will be in Season 3, but Garou’s growing power is going to be a huge challenge for Saitama, maybe the toughest he’s faced so far.
