Fans worry that Muichiro Tokito may be killed by the terrifying demon Gyokko in the latest Demon Slayer Season 3 episode in which he is taken by the Upper Moon Five.
The mist hashira who is significant in the Swordsmith Village Arc is Muichiro Tokito. Although he initially gave off the impression of being cold-hearted, he experienced a number of positive adjustments as a result of his connection with Tanjiro.
For instance, he witnesses Kotetsu being attacked by a fish monster as he passes through the jungle. He makes the choice to assist the young person because he is reminded of Tanjiro, who once said that “helping others eventually ends up being good for me.”

Does Muichiro Die in Season 3?
No, Muichiro Tokito doesn’t pass away in the anime yet. Muichiro suffers deadly injuries during the one-on-one battle with Gyokko, yet the powerful hashira was able to survive the damage. The Mist hashira took the lethal needles that the fish monsters launched all on himself while protecting Kotetsu and the other swordsmith.
Gyokko claims that the needles contain poison that will eventually cause his limbs to become numb and kill him. After stating this, the monster also imprisons Tokito inside a sizable water bubble, making it impossible for him to breathe normally.
Kotetsu offers to aid him when he sees Muichiro in this predicament, but Muichiro refuses. Later on, though, Muichiro remembers Tanjiro saying that asking for assistance doesn’t make you any less of a person, so he decides to continue.
In the next instant, Kotetsu releases Tokito by blowing air into the bubble and letting the Hashira use the second method of mist breathing. He escapes the attack of the Upper Moon Five in this manner.
Will the Mist Hashira Survive in the Manga?
Yes, Mist Hashira will make it through Season 3, according to the manga. In the next season of demon slayer (Infinity Castle arc) Muichiro Tokito, the Mist Hashira, battles the Upper Moon One Kokushibo alongside Genya, with the Wind Hashira, and the Stone Hashira.
