According to Anime News Network, Haikyu!! the Movie sold an impressive 2.9 million tickets, earning around 4.1 billion yen ($27 million) by the end of February.
Meanwhile, Demon Slayer’s latest installment garnered 1.2 million tickets and 1.7 billion yen ($11 million) in three weeks since its debut.
