Even though The Voice’s 22nd season is only halfway finished, NBC is already planning huge things for Season 23 as it announces its coach lineup.
The panel will feature two new faces in addition to returning coaches like Kelly Clarkson and Blake Shelton, who is bidding audiences farewell. Niall Horan of One Direction and Chance the Rapper will formally serve as coaches, marking the competition series’ first time in a while with more than one new coach. The show’s host, Carson Daly, will be back in charge.
Grammy-winning artist Chance, the Rapper will bring a new perspective to The Voice as a champion of ownership and a creator of possibilities for others in the music business. The singer, who has received praise from fans and critics for his ascent to popularity, isn’t associated with a major label and instead uses streaming sites to make his songs available for free.
The songs “Child of God,” “A Bar About a Bar,” and “The Highs & the Lows” are three of Chance’s most recent creations. He is preparing to release Star Line Gallery, his next endThe, Voiceeavor. I’m ecstatic to become a coach on The Voice for the upcoming season, he exclaimed. I’m eager to support aspiring artists and make the most of this transformative opportunity. Prepare yourself for #teamchance.
Horan, meanwhile, is most known for his time in the boy band One Direction and his subsequent solo successes, including “This Town” and “Slow Hands.” Fans will be able to see him advising hopefuls seeking to break into the profession as they impatiently await his upcoming endeavor.

Horan expressed his excitement at becoming a coach on The Voice this season. “While we compete with the other teams, I’m excited to meet and mentor the future crop of talent!”
Following her victory with the brother-sister group Girl Named Tom in Season 21, Clarkson is anxious to resume her coaching position. I can’t wait to see my Voice family again! said Clarkson. “Team Kelly, let’s get this done!”
And following this spring season, Blake Shelton will say goodbye to his red chair after 23 seasons with the competition series. Since the program’s premiere in 2011, he has been the only coach to participate in every season. After much deliberation, Shelton declared, I’ve concluded that I should leave The Voice after season 23.
This show has improved my life, and I will always feel at home there. It’s been a wild ride during these twelve years of chair turns, and I want to thank everyone at The Voice from NBC, including all of the producers, writers, musicians, crew, and caterers. You are the greatest.
A live show twice a week requires effort, passion, and adult beverages. Over the years, I’ve developed lifetime friendships with Carson and every one of my fellow coaches, including my wife, Gwen Stefani.

I must offer a major shout-out to the Voices singers, who return to this stage year after year and wow the audience with brilliance. I must also express my gratitude to those who picked me as their coach, Shelton said. The fans that support these artists, the coaches, and everyone else at The Voice by watching and cheering them on are the final focus of our statement. Without you, it couldn’t happen!
Shelton, Stefani, John Legend, and Camila Cabello are the coaches for Season 22 of the show. Follow along to watch how the contest plays out and to learn more about the upcoming spring season.
