What is the Show All About?
As with the first season, the second outing will focus on the McLusky family, led by Renner’s Mike, as they traverse the ins and outs of the criminal justice system, and often take the law into their own hands.
Per the official synopsis, “Mayor of Kingstown follows the McLusky family, power brokers in Kingstown, Mich., where the business of incarceration is the only thriving industry. Tackling themes of systemic racism, corruption and inequality, the series provides a stark look at their attempt to bring order and justice to a town that has neither.”
