Bayley the Mini Sheepadoodle
Although Snoopy is a beagle, his actual twin is a mini sheepadoodle. Bayley the mini sheepadoodle is strikingly similar to the well-known cartoon dog Snoopy, having a stark white face, a black nose, and matching black ears. Animal lovers on social media were drawn to the one-year-old’s incredibly expressive face, and the American dog’s Instagram following has since exploded to more than 145,000 followers (at the time of publication).
The Instagram account Doodle Dogs Club shared a picture of the miniature sheepadoodle next to a picture of the Peanuts cartoon character Snoopy, which ignited Bayley’s sudden rise to fame. “Meet @Bayley,” reads the caption. Sheepadoodle is eerily similar to Snoopy.
Bayley is a perfect representation of our favorite cartoon dog in real life with those large ears and button noses. Over 7000 comments have been added to the post in the three days since it was first published.
“That’s me,” Bayley’s own Instagram chimed into the post’s comments. Hello everyone. I appreciate @doodledogsclub putting together my photos. You are amazing.

An old English sheepdog and a miniature poodle are crossed to create a mini sheepadoodle. Both breeds are known for their amiable and playful personalities. The miniature variety can weigh up to 40 pounds and typically reaches a height of about 18 inches.
A beagle, Snoopy’s breed, is a smaller dog with a typical height range of 13 to 15 inches. On October 4, 1950, Snoopy made his debut in Charles M. Schulz’s Peanuts comic strip. Snoopy is referred to on his official Peanuts profile page as “a book lover and a book writer. He is an expert root beer drinker and a fine art collector.
His life is anything but ordinary thanks in part to his unstoppable imagination. He valiantly takes on the Red Baron as the Flying Ace. He is the dominant figure on campus as Joe Cool. But nothing in his imagination compares to taking a nap in his doghouse and waking up to a delicious meal made just for him by that Round-Headed Kid.
Seven American newspapers first published Peanuts as a cartoon, but it quickly gained enormous popularity and is now found in thousands of publications all over the world. The characters have collaborated with NASA to motivate the upcoming generation of STEM students, and they now appear in books, movies, television shows, and fashion.
