Bobby Flay’s father gave his consent to Baer. Flay described the businessman as kind, respectful, and intelligent. “He’s a very good kid,” Bobby said to People.
“I’m not the stereotypical, ‘You better take care of my daughter.’ She’s an adult. I root for the person that she’s dating. I want him to succeed in this relationship, for both their sakes.”
