“Smallville” actor Allison Mack was recently seen outside her parents’ home in Los Angeles after being released from federal prison for her involvement in the Nxivm s*x cult. This marked her first public appearance since her release.
Mack, 40, was casually dressed in a white long-sleeve shirt and black pants as she entered the house alongside her parents, Mindy and Johnathan Mack.
It’s worth noting that she was wearing long pants, which conveniently concealed the ankle monitor she is required to wear as a condition of her release from prison.
“Smallville” actress Allison Mack was released from prison early after pleading guilty in a s*x-trafficking case involving the group NXIVM.

A New Chapter Begins After Early Prison Release
Allison Mack was released from the Federal Correctional Institution in Dublin, California this week. She served less than two years behind bars for her involvement in the NXIVM cult led by Keith Raniere, where she played a role as a “slave master.” Released early for good behavior, she will now be under supervised release for the next three years.
To avoid a longer sentence, the actor made a deal with the authorities to testify against Raniere. Although she was never called to the witness stand during his trial, her evidence, along with that of others, contributed to Raniere’s conviction and subsequent 120-year prison sentence.
Under the guise of a self-help foundation, NXIVM subjected its victims to branding, starvation, s*xual exploitation, and forced labor. The leaders maintained control by holding “collateral,” such as nude photos, as leverage against the women involved.
The actor, who had pleaded guilty to various charges including racketeering, conspiracy to commit extortion, and forced labor, was sentenced to three years in prison in 2021. In a 2017 interview, she revealed that she joined the cult with the hope of rejuvenating her career.
It is worth noting that the actor’s ex-wife, also part of Raniere’s inner circle, was not charged in the case. As of now, there has been no immediate response from the actor’s lawyers regarding The Post’s request for comment.
