If permission is granted, Coronado also needs to have a designated adult chaperone who is sober, according to court records. According to a different file from Brown County, he was also given a 2017 sentence for disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) of 30 days in jail and 12 months of probation.
He entered a no-contest plea and was consequently found guilty; the records read “Huber and good time,” indicating that he was likely released early and given the instruction to abstain from alcohol and avoid the victim.

What Did Arturo Coronado Say About Taylor Schabusiness?
While the jury was tasked with determining whether his daughter was mentally competent, Coronado took the witness stand to defend her. On July 27, 2023, he appeared in court while wearing an orange jail jumpsuit and leg and wrist cuffs.
Shad Thyrion’s head was dumped in a pail after his corpse was dismembered and strangled by Schabusiness, who was found guilty of the crime. She will serve her time in prison since the jury did not agree that she “was not responsible” for the offenses “by reason of mental disease or defect.”
The killer’s father stated that her mental health had been affected by the deaths of her mother Marla Coronado, 41, in 2009, and brother Arturo “AJ” Coronado, 22, in 2022. Schabusiness spent time in a mental health facility because, according to Coronado, she “wasn’t in the right state of mind.” Although he said his daughter was given medication, he insisted that he was “always” concerned about her physical and mental well-being.
