The drummer announced on social media, “Yes it’s true … we’re married. It’s official. 6-11-16. My lovely bride Sarah and I had a great private ceremony with immediate family in Las Vegas. Wonderful day!!”

Amidst label problems, Five Finger Death Punch is working on their next album. Claiming that the band was not adhering to the terms of their recording contract, Prospect Park filed a lawsuit against them, criticizing them for releasing a greatest hits collection and a fourth studio album.
In response, the band said that the label was holding them hostage while they were still bound by contract and that they were ready to fulfill both releases. After they finish their duties at Prospect Park, Five Finger Death Punch has already arranged a contract with Rise Records for their post-Prospect Park career.
