Frozen 3 Release Date
Disney hasn’t officially said when “Frozen 3” will come out, but we can guess the date by looking at what they’ve done in the past. The first “Frozen” movie came out during Thanksgiving in 2013, and the second one did the same in 2019.
Disney has picked two special dates for “unnamed Disney animation” movies, and these dates are during Thanksgiving in 2024 and 2025. One of these dates will probably be when the new movie comes out. Because there’s often a six-year break between movies, the 2025 date is more likely.

Josh Gad shared on X (used to be called Twitter) that he will voice Olaf again in “Frozen 3.” This news came right after Iger mentioned that they are working on the next movie. Gad is happy to be back.

Idina Menzel, who plays Elsa, told Billboard she’s in the movie too but doesn’t know much about the plot. She said they’re making another movie, but that’s all she knows.
Kristen Bell mentioned on The Jimmy Fallon Show last year that “Frozen 3” was happening, but didn’t say if she’ll be Anna again.
Frozen 3 Expected Plot
Details on “Frozen 3” are limited, but “Frozen 2” hints at what might happen next. In “Frozen 2,” Elsa, now queen, searches for the source of her ice powers after hearing a mysterious voice. Along with Anna, Kristoff, Sven, and Olaf, she goes to the Enchanted Forest.
There, they meet the Northuldra tribe and discover Elsa’s powers come from nature because her mom saved the king long ago. Elsa is a special “fifth spirit” who connects people with magical spirits of water, earth, fire, and air.
“Frozen 3” might focus more on the Enchanted Forest and the Northuldra people, plus Elsa’s new life there after bringing peace between her home, Arendelle, and the forest.
