Who is the Strongest Monarch in Solo Leveling?
Before Sung Jin-woo became the powerful Shadow Monarch in Solo Leveling, the universe was already packed with incredibly strong beings like the Rulers, Monarchs, and the Absolute Being.
The Absolute Being, who created everything, was the mightiest of them all. Even though the Absolute seemed unbeatable, the Rulers managed to overthrow him and take control.
This victory didn’t come easily, though, as they faced losses while battling the Monarchs for dominance over the universe.

Who Emerges as the Most Powerful Being in Solo Leveling’s Finale?
Sung Jin-woo, as the Shadow Monarch, proves to be the most powerful character in the universe by the conclusion of Solo Leveling.
With the Absolute Being defeated, Ashborn, the former most powerful being, takes up the mantle of the Shadow Monarch after discovering the power to cheat death.
However, Ashborn eventually passes on his strength to Sung Jin-woo, who surpasses him in power, becoming the new Shadow Monarch.
As the Shadow Monarch, Sung Jin-woo proves his strength by defeating all the other Monarchs and earning the respect of the Rulers. His power even surpasses that of the Absolute Being, as evidenced by the Rulers’ reluctance to challenge him.
Despite the opportunity to eliminate Jin-woo and seize power for themselves, the Rulers choose not to, indicating Jin-woo’s unmatched strength.
