Briana and Ryan have three boys and a daughter, making their family of six. She got pregnant for the first time in 2012. Then, in November 2020, Owen, Troy, and Hank were born, one after the other.
In October 2011, they got married in Santa Barbara. It was only a year before they had their first child. The couple has been having more children since Briana’s RHOC visits. After living in North Carolina for a few years, Vicki’s oldest daughter and her family moved to Illinois earlier in 2021.
The couple marked their 10th wedding anniversary with Ryan in October 2021. They run a page with different keto-friendly foods together. Otherwise, Briana stays out of the public eye and off of social media.

Briana And Ryan’s Daughter
As of February 23 at 7:58 a.m., Vicky Gunvalson’s daughter Briana had her fourth child. She weighed 5 pounds 3 ounces at birth and 4 pounds 13 ounces when they brought her home. This is normal for newborns when they start to eat.
As Ryan said in December, it wasn’t easy being pregnant. They had “two of the hardest weeks their family has ever been through.”
Briana, who is almost 35 years old, told her fans a secret when she talked about why she and her husband Ryan picked the name “Cora Rose” for their daughter. A follower wrote: “She’s a doll! Did you get Cora from Downtown Abbey? Love that name when I watched.”
She said “Yes” and then added, “We wanted a unique, old, short name.” Fans of the show who haven’t seen it yet should know that Cora Crawley is the Countess of Grantham and the American heiress daughter of Martha and Isidore Levinson.
Ryan has also talked about how “nothing felt right” when he was first trying to choose a name. They are now very happy with their choice, though, and are happily showing off Cora Rose on social media.
