Cheryl Scott Professional Life Journey
Cheryl Scott started her career in 2006 as an intern at WCAU-NBC 10 in Philadelphia. Then in 2007, she became a weekend weather presenter at WSEE-TV and also worked for a Caribbean weather channel.
Later, she moved to Knoxville to work at WBIR-TV, where she reported on big tornadoes in 2011, helping people stay safe by giving them important storm information and safety tips. She even helped people sign up with the Red Cross after the storms.
Cheryl then joined NBC 5 in Chicago in 2011 to forecast weather on morning and weekend news. By 2014, she was working with ABC 7 Eyewitness News in Chicago, contributing to their meteorology team.
