Disney World Annual Pass Sales Return April 20: Join the Happiest Place on Earth

Fans of Disney will be happy to hear this. Disney World has said that Annual Pass sales will start up again on April 20, 2022, a year after they stopped because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Through the Annual Pass program, visitors can go to the park as much as they want for a whole year and get other perks as well. In response to the pandemic, Disney World had to limit its capacity and make major changes to how it ran.

This meant that the program had to be put on hold. But now that the vaccine has been given to everyone and restrictions have been lifted, Disney World is ready to welcome back its loyal Annual Passholders. The return of Annual Pass sales is an important step in the theme park industry’s recovery, and it gives people hope that things will get back to normal soon.

Disney World Annual Pass Sales Return April 20

The Orlando, Florida resort will soon once again offer Walt Disney World Annual Passes. Annual Passes are finally making a triumphant comeback to the Walt Disney World Resort after going MIA for years. Of course, visitors to the Walt Disney World Resort could still buy single and multi-day tickets, but we’ve all been waiting impatiently for Annual Passes to return to “The Most Wonderful Place on Earth.”

Walt Disney World will reportedly resume selling annual passes later this month, according to recent information. Reporter Scott Gustin (@ScottGustin) just confirmed this on Twitter:

“NEW: Walt Disney World Annual Passes will resume new sales on April 20. Incredi-Pass, Sorcerer, and Disney Pirate Pass resume on that date. Pixie will continue to be offered. Note: Eligible DVC members will get early access to purchase the Sorcerer Pass beginning April 13.”

These passes will be available for purchase starting on April 20, 2023, so visitors won’t have to wait long. Starting on April 13, qualified DVC members will have the first opportunity to purchase these passes.

These annual passes will cost the following:

  • Incredi-Pass: $1,399
  • Sorcerer: $969
  • Pirate: $749
  • Pixie: $399

This information will undoubtedly shock everyone in the Disney Parks community. As we already mentioned, these haven’t been accessible to visitors for a long now, as Disney will stop selling annual passes for both Walt Disney World and Disneyland in 2020.

Disney recently reinstated its Annual Pass program for the Disneyland Resort but said nothing about the reintroduction of tickets for Walt Disney World.

Magic Keys at Disneyland immediately sold out when they were reintroduced by Disney, proving that people have been clamoring for them for a while. It’s crucial to remember that reservations are still required for visitors to the theme parks at Walt Disney World.
