On August 17, 2022, friends and colleagues found Luke Knox unconscious in his dorm room. The police said that they had found no evidence of wrongdoings despite the fact that the exact cause of his death was not disclosed at the time and that there were no suspicious acts that might have taken his life. At the time of his death, Luke Knox was 22 years old.
What Was Luke Knox Cause of Death?
According to FIU Police Captain Delrish Moss, Luke was discovered by friends in his room in’medical difficulty.’ FIU Police Captain Delrish Moss told NBC News:
“FIU police was called and FIU police officers arrived and attempted CPR until rescue arrived and took over. He was transported to a local hospital by Miami-County Fire Rescue and he later died at that hospital.”
The investigation into Luke’s death was taken up by Miami-Dade Police, who did not suspect foul play, according to Detective Chris Thomas. Luke’s cause of death has yet to be released by the Miami-Dade County Medical Examiner’s Office.

After scoring the final touchdown in the Buffalo Bills’ 24-20 victory over the Kansas City Chiefs, Dawson Knox appeared to pay his condolences to his deceased sibling. The Bills player must have gone through a trying time, but somehow he is regaining the strength to play.
Again, the topic of how Luke Knox passed away has come up frequently on social media, but neither the authorities nor his family have provided a conclusive response. Dawson tweeted the following on behalf of the family:

Luke was frequently featured on the NFL star’s Instagram feed. Dawson tweeted a flashback photo of the pair on September 3, 2020, and expressed optimism that he’d be reunited with Luke eventually in the caption:

Dawson Knox gazed up and pointed to the sky after the Bills’ victory over the Kansas City Chiefs in the middle of October 2022. He tweeted a photo of the event with the caption “That one’s for you 16.” Luke Knox, Dawson’s late brother, wore the number 16 jersey.

Luke played for the Ole Miss Rebels, just like his brother. To play for the Panthers in 2022, he did, however, transfer to Florida International University. Luke, however, never saw a second of play because he passed away on August 17, 2022.
