NBC’s The Wheel has been canceled after its first season, ending the U.S. adaptation of the popular UK game show. TVLine confirmed the decision to cancel the show.

Deadline Hollywood confirms in a recent tweet:

The Wheel premiered last December, airing five nights a week over two weeks. Its debut episode attracted 1.4 million viewers and received a 0.2 demo rating.

By the end of the season, the show garnered 2.2 million viewers and a 0.3 rating. TVLine readers gave the U.S. adaptation an average grade of “C.” Hosted and created by British comedian Michael McIntyre.
