Faith Evans and Stevie J are getting a divorce, and it seems they have reached an agreement on the terms. Faith informed the court that they have a written agreement regarding their property and financial support. She submitted the agreement for approval, and it covers spousal support and attorney fees.

Latest Updates Revealed in Faith Evans & Stevie J’s Divorce Proceedings
RadarOnline says it has court papers from July 3 that say Evans “informed the court” that she and her estranged husband have “entered into a written agreement” about their divorce.
The news source says that the deal is about “their property and their marriage or domestic support partnership rights, including support.”
Also, the news source says that Evans gave the court a copy of the agreement and asked for it to be accepted. So far, according to reports, the deal “covers spousal support and attorney fees.”
Also, the deal is said to state again why Evans and Stevie J are getting a divorce and say that there is no chance that they will get back together.
Stevie J’s Controversial Moves in Faith Evans’ Divorce Case
In June, Stevie J made a “declaration of disclosure” in the divorce case. The news source says this is a “important step” in the motion’s progress. It is said to mean that “one side has given the other all of their financial information.”
Stevie J’s alleged action came a few months after he made news for taking Evans’ 2023 Mercedes Sprinter Van. HipHopDX said that Stevie’s J allegedly did something while the singer was sleeping in April.
The news source also says that Evans made an emergency motion to get the car back. Then, she asked the court to make sure that Stevie J couldn’t drive her other cars. A 2020 Mercedes G Wagon and a Chrysler Pacifica are said to be among them.

Evans also said at the time that Stevie J’s license was canceled and she wasn’t covered by her insurance. Stevie J has apologized to his estranged wife many times over the course of their marriage and divorce. Evans hasn’t changed his mind in spite of this.
