As more and more people began to watch, the question continued because the season was still relatively young, so Cole responded to his similarities with Matt in another video.

After tagging Matt Barnett in an Instagram story and writing, “I guess we look alike.” “Everyone who’s asking me if I am Matt Barnett’s brother…no,” Cole said. Even though we are unrelated, I think he’s a really great guy.

And that’s it for now, people. It’s said that Matt and Cole Barnett are not brothers. They are merely two brothers who share the same last name, appearance, and way of life. Amazing. However, not many fans are persuaded by Cole’s claims that he and Matt don’t have similar DNA.

Netflix clarified any misunderstandings by stating that there is no connection between Cole and Matt. They only have a common last name.

Who is Matt Barnett?

On the recently launched Netflix reality series Love is Blind, Matt Barnett—who goes only by his last name—is quickly proving to be a charming character. (I mean, who knew ukuleles could be that powerful?) He made an immediate impression on three of the thirty competitors: Amber Pike, Lauren Chamblin (LC), and Jessica Batten.

Just in case you need a refresher, Love is Blind is essentially a mash-up of ABC’s Bachelor in Paradise, TLC’s Married At First Sight, and Netflix’s popular reality TV series The Circle.

The idea is this: for ten days, fifteen women and fifteen men move into different wings of the same house and are unable to speak to one another outside of windowless pods. Any couple who grows close enough to each other romantically gets engaged before they even meet.

After that, the recently engaged couples finally get to meet in person and depart the house for a Mexican holiday. After spending four weeks together in the real world, the couples tie the knot.
