Steve and Misty tied the knot on March 24, 2001, and welcomed their only child, Macy, on January 22, 2008. While not much is known about Misty’s background, she has been a strong pillar of support for Steve, especially after his diagnosis with ALS more than two years ago. Recently, Misty called for prayers for her husband, showing her deep concern and support during this challenging time.

“He (McMichael) needs to see himself enshrined in the Hall of Fame. Please pray for him to get through this. It means everything to us. Everybody knows, especially in the NFL world, that he deserves it, that his stats have always been there.”
