On Tuesday, a 19-year-old actress, whose hair was recently bleached platinum blonde, channeled the Slytherin bully in green-and-black robes, a grey cardigan, and a green tie, recreating the moment from Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone when Malfoy first meets Harry Potter. Malfoy is portrayed in the Potter film adaptations by British actor Tom Felton.
