The Plot of “Kick Season 2”
Here’s what “Kicks” is about before discussing the upcoming season and what to expect. Documents the arrival in California of Devin Burke and her family after a cross-country journey. The family as a unit learns to adapt to their new existence as professional soccer players and follows their adventure together.
In this episode, we watch Devin work to earn a place on the squad, assume a leadership role, and forge new friendships. Devin’s trials in adjusting to his new environment are depicted throughout the series. Even by soccer standards, the Kentville Kicks, a new club, fall short of Devin’s expectations.
She had experience playing on a more talented team before moving in, so she knows the importance of taking the initiative now that she lives independently. When Devin was just 12 years old, the Connecticut middle school soccer coach named her team captain for the seventh grade. They decide to relocate to California.
After their former coach left The Kentville Kicks, Devin enlisted the aid of Pablo Rivas, the building’s maintenance man. The whole group respects and likes him for his tough but amiable demeanor. The first season of “Kicks” is highly recommended for individuals unfamiliar with the show while waiting for the second season.
The more pressing issue is whether or not there will be a “Kicks Season 2.” So far, the “Kicks” Season 2 renewal status has remained under wraps. Updates on the revival of “Kicks” for a second season will be provided if and when they become available.
