Godzilla Minus One Director Takashi Yamazaki to Appear on Hideo Kojima’s “Hideraji”
TOKYO — Godzilla Minus One fame Japanese filmmaker Takashi Yamazaki, known for his groundbreaking visual effects and storytelling, is scheduled to be a guest on Hideo Kojima’s popular radio talk show, “Hideraji,” on May 18.
And for that particular episode, NHK is asking you questions that Kojima should ask Yamazaki. You can submit your questions here – Official NHK forum.

Yamazaki, renowned for his work on “Godzilla Minus One” (also referred to as “Godzilla-1.0”), has garnered widespread acclaim for his innovative approach to the popular Godzilla franchise.
Back in November 2023 when the film was released, Hideo Kojima praised the movie Godzilla Minus on his Twitter account –
Yamazaki’s appearance in “Hideraji” is particularly significant given Hideo Kojima’s respected status in the video game industry, primarily for his work on the “Metal Gear” series.
