Eduardo Moreno “CEO of SeaDrone” Jailed for Allegedly Peeping in a Woman’s Restroom Stall

Police say they arrested a tech CEO from Palo Alto on Monday after a woman said he looked into her bathroom stall at a Mountain View restaurant.

At 11:40 a.m., someone at a Panera restaurant on El Monte Avenue called the police to report the incident. Police in Mountain View said the woman heard someone in the stall next to her and then saw a man look at her by sticking his head under the stall.

The woman screamed, and the man ran out of the bathroom. Police said the woman chased the man and confronted him near El Camino Real.

The woman tried to take a picture of the man with her phone, but he grabbed her phone and pushed her to the ground, police said. Later, the man was seen taking off his shirt and jumping over a fence.

He then went back to Panera, where several people tackled him before police arrived. Eduardo Moreno, 35, was named as the suspect by the police.

He is the CEO of SeaDrone Inc., which makes submersible drones that can check the hulls of ships without having to bring them into dry dock.

The victim told the police that Moreno was the man she saw in the bathroom, so Moreno was arrested for robbery and peeping. The Santa Clara County Jail took him in.

Detectives think that Moreno may have hurt more people. Detective Josh Gould can be reached at [email protected] by anyone who may have been a victim or knows someone who was.

Police also asked anyone who saw what happened on Monday to get in touch with the detective… Follow us only on Lee Daily for more news like this.
