Nike modified the Air Max 1 Golf for 2023, getting rid of the grippier soles and synthetic uppers in favor of a more original design. Nike is working on regular colorways like “Sport Red” and some simple black/white options. They are also making limited editions for the biggest sports events of the year.
Here’s a first look at the “Always Fresh” Air Max 1 Golf shoes that were made for the Master’s Tournament in 2023 at Georgia’s historic Augusta. Nike used peach skin suede overlays on the upper, which is a nod to the state’s official fruit. Light bone suede was used on the toe box and ankle collar.

On the insole and at the bottom of the quarter, some logos look like peaches. On the heel, some stickers look like fruit. Special tongue labels and a NIKE logo on the heel add to the surprise. “Always Fresh” can be seen through the clear outsole.

rnament will be held from April 6 to April 9. This Air Max 1 Golf and the rest of the 2023 Masters Pack will be released by Nike in late March or early April.
