This week, the American pop punk band Blink-182 will get back together at the Coachella music festival. The band, made up of Mark Hoppus, Travis Barker, and Matt Skiba, took a break in 2005, but they got back together in 2009.
But the band said that they would take another break in 2021 because of personal and artistic differences. Fans were sad and didn’t know if the band would ever get back together again. But Blink-182 seems to be back and ready to rock the stage at Coachella. Let’s find out more about their much-anticipated reunion show.
Blink-182 Will Reunite at Coachella This Week
On Friday, April 14, Blink-182 will perform a surprise set during the opening weekend of Coachella.
Tom DeLonge tweeted, “See you at Coachella on Friday 6:30 pm Sahara Tent.”

During the set, Tom DeLonge, Mark Hoppus, and Travis Barker will perform together for the first time in almost ten years. The band had originally planned to begin their reunion tour in South America last month, but Travis Barker’s finger injury forced them to cancel those dates.
