Selling Sunset is back and better than ever. Everything fans love about the popular reality real estate docu-soap on Netflix except Christine Quinn is present in Season 6.
Nevertheless, the rest of the group picks up the slack and offers some tremendous drama that may be too genuine for reality TV, despite how hard the new realtors fight to fill in for Queen Christine. It turns out that there are lines, and Chrishell Stause and Nicole Young easily cross them.
Will There Be a Next Season of Selling Sunset?
Yes! A preview was published by Netflix after the Season 6 finale, indicating how certain it will happen. Thus, Season 7 has either already been filmed and is ready to air or is very close to doing so. It will be an even hotter season if the trailer’s video is any indicator. Bre takes a Cheeto from her Birkin purse and says, “I mean.” The situation is about to get crazy!
When Does the Next Season of Selling Sunset Come Out?
Season 6 of the show premiered on the streaming service on May 19, 2023. Season 7 has not yet been given a release date, although production has already begun. In March 2023, Heather Rae El Moussa said in an interview with E! News, “Season 7 is filming right now, but I’ve been off maternity leave and I’ve been excited to get back to work.” Chrishell Stause hinted she wasn’t having the finest time filming fresh Selling Sunset episodes in March 2023.
The realtor posted an Instagram Story on her account, as reported by Us Weekly, in which she wrote: “The way reality TV producers manipulate things to create a narrative.” She finished the tweet by adding garbage can and snake emojis and naming the Selling Sunset producing firm.

Who Will Return for the Next Season of Sailing Sunset Cast?
For season 7 of Selling Sunset, it is anticipated that all of the regular cast members, including Chrishell Stause, Mary Fitzgerald, Amanda Smith, Jason and Brett Oppenheim, Emma Hernan, Chelsea Lazkani, and Heather Rae El Moussa, as well as new agents Nicole Young and Bre Tiesi, will return.
Marie Lou Nurk, Jason’s new girlfriend, has recently moved in together; thus, it is probable that she will return for more episodes. Young has already posted some highlights from filming season 7 on Instagram.
Nicole Young shared a post on Instagram. She said: Recent snippets part III #sellingsunset #ss7

It is still unknown if Davina Potratz and Maya Vander will return for upcoming episodes of the program because they only made a few fleeting cameos in the sixth season. Christine Quinn told Entertainment Weekly, “I would never come back in a million years. But that doesn’t mean I’m not gonna do TV anymore.”

What Will Season 7 of Sailing Sunset Be About?
Huge disagreements between Chrishell Stause and Nicole Young, the new agent, are featured in Season 6. Young immediately obtained a drug test to show that she hadn’t used any illicit substances after Stause implied that she had when the group was visiting Palm Springs.
She was also shown seeking legal advice, indicating that in season 7, her dispute with Stause would be pursued further. During an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Stause implied that Young’s actions were just intended to draw attention to himself, adding, “It’s an old playbook. I’ve seen it before. I’ve dealt with it before.”
“You’re coming at me, that didn’t work, and now you’re the victim that will act like you’re getting bullied.” Fans must simply wait and watch how the season 7 narrative plays out.
Season 6 did not end the ongoing conflict between Bre Tiesi and Chelsea Lazkani, with Lazkani continuing to voice her disdain for Tiesi’s connection with Nick Cannon.
As a result, the two will likely continue to be at odds into season 7. In essence, Selling Sunset’s upcoming season cannot arrive soon enough.
