Scooter Braun, a music industry producer, shared a picture of Max backstage clutching a beer bottle over her wounded eye on his Instagram stories. Just days prior, during a Sunday night concert in New York City, an audience member smacked singer Bebe Rexha in the face with a phone.

Police claim that when the singer was giving a performance at Pier 17, Nicolas Malvagna, 27, reportedly hurled a cell phone at her. Malvagna was apprehended by police at the spot. He was subsequently accused of assault. Rexha shared two images on Instagram on Monday that showed her suffering from a black eye and an injury close to her eyebrow.
