Meanwhile, Chao Fah’s consignment reaches Mexico, and he’s about to meet Marquez when a sudden naval strike turns the region into a battlefield.

Chao Fah and his men escape the attack and learn that the funding for “Operation Pluto” has been cut off. Domingo, a character, decides to visit Washington.

What is Operation Pluto?

It’s a dangerous plan that Jack Ryan learns about with the help of Domingo, who reveals important information. Operation Pluto involves dangerous criminals like Chao and Marquez, who are plotting to unleash illegal activities and resources on the world.

They want to trade drugs and use suicide bombers, taking advantage of an open-market system. This mission is also linked to various terrorist organizations, so the CIA needs to take action.

Additionally, we’ll see how Domingo’s motives might differ from those he’s been working for. Jack Ryan gradually realizes the connections to Thomas Miller, the former director, and suspects that Miller may be questioned for his actions.

Who Killed Thomas Miller?

In the ending of episodes 1 and 2 of Jack Ryan Season 4, we find out that Thomas Miller, the former Deputy Director, is dead.

Elizabeth Wright is addressing the Senate Intelligence Committee about protecting America, while Bill Tuttle and Chao Fah are aware of the changes happening within the CIA. Thomas Miller is no longer in a position to give orders or support the funding of Operation “Pluto.”

After meeting with Jack, Thomas goes to his secret office, unaware of the danger awaiting him. Surprisingly, before Domingo could seek revenge, Bill arrives and chokes Thomas, resulting in his death. With Thomas gone, the situation becomes even more tense for Jack and his team.
