Amy was born on June 19, 1974. Linda and Bill Freeze gave birth to her in Utah, America. Amy graduated from Jeffersonville High School. She holds an Arts in Communication degree from Brigham Young University. Amy is of Caucasian descent and of American nationality. Freeze is five feet and six inches tall, with dimensions of 37-26-37. Amy has a thin build and weighs 66kg.
Amy Freeze is a six-time Emmy-winning American meteorologist who works as an anchor for FOX Weather’s ad-supported streaming weather service. She formerly worked at WABC before joining FOX Weather in 2021.
Amy Freeze’s Professional Career
Freeze is an anchor for FOX Weather, a subscription-based streaming weather service. She was a part of the WABC weather team and anchored a variety of television specials, including the popular Eyewitness News Weekend Morning Edition, from April 2011 to October 2020. She was the first female Chief Meteorologist at WFLD-TV in Chicago, Illinois, before joining WABC.
At WCAU-TV in Philadelphia, she had previously served as a meteorologist and co-host of the daily live broadcast at 10:00. She has also held positions at KPTV-TV in Portland, Oregon, where she worked on the morning news program Good Day Oregon, and at the ABC-owned station KMGH-TV in Denver, Colorado, where she co-hosted the morning show.
