With her family, Colleen Wolfe grew up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She received her degree in communication from Drexel University. While her parents divorced when she was young, her mother reared her. At Northeast Philadelphia Airport, her father Ed Wolfe managed air traffic.

Wolfe attended the senior high school in Habboro-Horsham. Her parents gave her support and motivation. After graduating, Collen didn’t waste any time getting her first job at the Philadelphia network WIP, where she covered sports and was the morning news anchor.
In 2012, Colleen started working as a sports reporter for FOX 29 in Philadelphia, where she rose to fame. She captioned photos of herself and her cousin on Instagram, “Finally fit in a few hours of family time yesterday and my heart is so full.”
