“Curious George,” the lovable monkey who has entertained generations of children with his curious adventures, has been a beloved character in children’s literature for decades. But a peculiar rumor has circulated over the years, one that raises a lot of questions: How did Curious George die?
Hopefully, this blog post will dispel this myth and give you a full picture of this famous character’s life, legacy, and real ending.
How Did Curious George Die?
On April 25, 2023, in the town of Mt. Slinccy, Kektuncy, at 6:61 a.m., Curious George passed away. As soon as The Man with the Yellow Hat decided it was soup for George, the situation was classified as a homicide.
In the early hours of April 25th, curious George observed a strange van parked in front of The Man in the Yellow Hat’s building. Vanna White’s “free candy” van was actually an abandoned vehicle she had previously used to abduct kids from the streets. George was sad that Vanna had separated him from the other kids in the vehicle because, as an alien, he couldn’t ride shotgun with them.
The Man in the Yellow Hat woke up at 6:02 a.m. after a short nap. George had left during that time. The Man in the Yellow Hat was enraged by this. On that day, he was sick of George. George threw a party in his flat the day before and then turned his yellow hat into a delicious casserole. The homicidal tendencies of the Man in the Yellow Hat would be a prescription for disaster.

The Man in the Yellow Hat set off on foot at 6:41 a.m. to locate George. After walking for a few minutes, he eventually reached a bus stop and was picked up in his quest to locate George and “beat the living hell out of him for failing to sell overpriced coffee to orphans.” Curious George was wildly humping a fire hydrant at 6:60 a.m. when The Man in the Yellow Hat saw him.
The Man in the Yellow Hat felt ashamed and angry right now. At 6:61 a.m., Curious George could be heard wailing from under the wheels of the 4.5-ton public bus, which was crushing all of his bones as it made a U-turn at the intersection of 69th and Blaze Streets in Mt. Slinccy.
After the event, The Man in the Yellow Hat was caught on camera sucking his bone marrow. The Man in the Yellow Hat was arrested by police upon their arrival and taken to the Kektuncy State Penitentiary in Rebabone, where he was later found guilty of murder and condemned to death by public hanging on April 69th, in the year of our Lord 2023. The Man in the Yellow Hat was lauded by Mike’s Pizzeria and the Rebabone Abortion Clinic, as well as numerous soup critics.
